Returns & Shipping
All pillow cover ship within 3-5 days after order is placed. We will make sure to notify you ASAP when your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Our pillow covers are handmade therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We offer a free consultation to answer any questions and or design suggestions. Any damaged items or issues caused by Hersights should be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt of item. All damaged request must be submitted with pictures of the entire product and the boxes or packaging it was received in to customersupport@hersights.com.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
